About Green Field Social Networking Committee: Green Field Social Networking Committee was formed on 27th Nov 2011 from Roof Top of a house by Mr.Nitin Jain residing at Green Field Colony with support gathered from group of people residing at Green Field and were present on Facebook and that's the reason a name Green Field Social networking Committee was formed.
It was a initiative taken to get people together and with unity make sure the problems were identified with solutions and the respective authority takes it up and resolve the same.The vision of this committee was

Please find below the Minutes of Meeting for your kind reference of the meeting held yesterday:
1) Mr.Nitin started the meeting thanking everyone who was there to attend the same. He also shared the list of all the members who have joined the group on facebook and others who have joined it personally.
2) A discussion was held on the name of the association as one of the active members, Mr. Sharma, told that as RWA is already registered, Association word cannot be used in the name. Hence with poll from all the members it was decided that our name would change from green Field Social Networking Association to “GREEN FIELD SOCIAL NETWORKING COMMITTEE” with immediate effect.
3) Till the time we have 70 active members in the committee, Mr.Nitin Jain was given the responsibility as Incharge of the committee whereas all the other members would support him. Once the number of active members reaches 70, A general poll would be held within the committee and a proper structure would be formed through majority of votes.
4) Also it was clearly stated by Mr.Nitin Jain that this committee have been formed not for “Revolution for our problems but for Resolution of Our Problems” and in this we would take our problems along with best Suggestions to RWA. We are not against RWA or Urban Development but we are with them to support them getting our problems resolved.
5) Rounds of discussion were held to identify some of the major problems and some of the problems identified are as under:
a. Fresh Water Supply
b. Water Supply through Tankers
c. Electricity Fluctuation and Cut Off’s
d. Roads Maintenance and Cleanliness
e. Waste Management System
f. Security System
g. Plantation of Trees
h. Vendor Management System
i. Parks Development
j. Commuting Problem
6) It was decided that in our next meeting which is going to be held on 4th December between 10:00 Am- 11:00 Am @ # B 1013, Green Field Colony, proper discussions between all the participating members would be held finding solutions to the above mention problems which would then further be discussed with RWA.
7) It was also discussed to invite President of RWA, Mr.Binde, to inform him about our committee, our vision and our goals. Further we would also discuss our problems which have been identified along with the suggested solutions.
8) Media (Hindustan Times Group) coverage was also initiated to bring our day to day problems under the notice of Ruling Government and responsible government officials. The news is out today i.e 28th Nov 2011 in Hindustan (Hindi Faridabad Edition). A Copy of the entire news is shared below for your reference.
9) Media would be regularly covering all the news of Green Field Colony and our committee regularly.
10) In the end Mr.Piyush Jain, Mr.Mohit Gupta, Mr.Deepak Sharma , Mr.Ramesh Suggala and all the other members present during the meeting assured of full support with help of there family members to add more & more members to this committee and to actively participate during committee meetings.
At the end I would say its the unity of people which will make things happen and we all who are a part of this committee are hoping to have more & more members to join us.
